Terms of Use and Service
Last updated: October 16, 2026. · Versão em português
Two parts: the terms of use of the navstec.com website and the terms of service of the NAVSTEC System, the CRM and dashboard we license to businesses. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
1. The navstec.com website
1.1 Who we are
This website belongs to NAVS TECNOLOGIA E CONSULTORIA LTDA, owner of the NAVSTEC brand, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 69.476.914/0001-20, Av. Raja Gabaglia, 1617, sala 501, Luxemburgo, Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, ZIP 30380-435. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
1.2 What the website is for
The website presents NAVSTEC and its services, receives meeting requests and runs a sample diagnosis. The content is informational and may change without notice.
1.3 Examples and diagnosis
Numbers marked “EXEMPLO” (example), the charts and the diagnosis result use typical values for each type of business and serve to show the method. They are not client numbers, nor a promise or guarantee of results. Cited studies have their source next to them.
1.4 Hiring
Requesting a meeting or running the diagnosis does not oblige anyone to hire us. Services are only hired through a written proposal and contract, with scope, deadline and price. The advertising budget is paid by the client directly to the platforms.
1.5 Intellectual property
The texts, brand, designs and code of this website belong to NAVS Tecnologia e Consultoria Ltda. The Gabarito typeface belongs to Naipe Foundry, under the SIL Open Font License. Do not copy or reuse the rest without written permission.
1.6 Third-party services
Links to WhatsApp, Meta, Google and other services follow each one’s terms and policies.
2. NAVSTEC System
2.1 What it is and who these terms apply to
The NAVSTEC System (app.navstec.com and the “NAVSTEC Sistema” Meta app) is the CRM and dashboard we license to businesses: WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger conversations in a single inbox, contacts, a sales pipeline and ad results. These terms apply to the business that subscribes to it (the client) and to the people the client invites to use it. Whatever the proposal and the contract signed with the client say about price, term, scope and service level prevails over these terms.
2.2 Accounts and access
The client appoints an administrator, who invites the team members and chooses each one’s role and permissions. Each person has their own login, with a password and two-step verification (2FA); sharing logins is not allowed. The client is responsible for what is done with the access it grants and must remove the access of anyone who leaves the team. If you suspect misuse, tell us right away at [email protected].
2.3 Meta and other platform accounts
By connecting WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Facebook or ad accounts, the client authorizes the system to use those accounts on its behalf and states that it has the right to do so. The accounts remain the client’s, and the client must comply with each platform’s terms and policies, such as the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the Meta Platform Terms and Meta’s Advertising Standards. If a platform changes its rules, or limits or suspends an account, the system follows what the platform allows.
2.4 Acceptable use
You may not use the system to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or messages to people who have not opted in to receive them, or keep writing to someone who asked you to stop;
- send content that is illegal, misleading, discriminatory, infringes other people’s rights or is prohibited by the platform;
- use WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger outside Meta’s and WhatsApp Business’s policies, such as sending messages outside the customer service window and approved template rules;
- buy, sell or use contact lists without a legal basis;
- handle health data, children’s data or other sensitive data without the legal basis and the safeguards the law requires;
- try to access another business’s data, bypass the system’s security, 2FA or limits, copy the system or reverse engineer it;
- overload the system or use it to attack other people or systems.
2.5 Client content and data
The client owns and is responsible for the content it sends, receives and stores in the system (messages, files, contacts and message templates) and for the legal basis to handle its contacts’ data. The client is the controller of that data; we are the processor and handle it only to provide the service, following the client’s instructions (see the Privacy Policy). The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is part of these System terms and explains how we handle that data; in health accounts, the health data addendum also applies. We may block a message or remove content that violates these terms or the law.
2.6 Messages and ads paid to Meta
WhatsApp messages that Meta charges for are paid by the client directly to Meta, with the client’s own payment method on its WhatsApp Business account. The same goes for the advertising budget. NAVSTEC does not resell messages or ads and is not responsible for Meta’s prices, charges or taxes.
2.7 Payment for the system
The price, payment method and payment terms for the system are set in the proposal and the contract. Late payment, after notice, may lead to suspension (item 2.9).
2.8 Availability
We work to keep the system available at all times and we make automatic backups. Even so, it may stop for maintenance (announced in advance whenever possible), because of third-party failures (internet, AWS, Meta and other platforms) or for reasons beyond our control. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted operation, unless a service level is written into the contract.
2.9 Suspension
We may suspend access, in whole or in part (for example, a channel or a message send), in case of a breach of these terms or of the law; a risk to the security of the system, of other clients or of other people; a request from an authority; a limitation or suspension by Meta or another platform; or late payment after notice. Whenever possible, we warn in advance and give time to fix the issue; in case of serious risk, we suspend immediately and notify right after. Suspension does not delete data.
2.10 End of the contract and data export
The client may end the contract under its terms. At the end, for any reason, the client has 30 days to export its data (contacts, deals and conversations, in open-format files such as CSV or JSON), through the system itself or with our help. After that, we delete the data within 30 days, and the backups expire on their own at the end of their retention period. We keep only what the law requires, such as access logs and tax documents, and we provide a statement of deletion on request.
2.11 Intellectual property
The system, its code, the NAVSTEC brand, the designs and the documentation belong to NAVS Tecnologia e Consultoria Ltda. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for as long as the contract lasts. The client’s brand, shown in the system, remains the client’s, and the client’s data and content belong to the client. Suggestions from the client may be used to improve the system, at no cost to either party.
2.12 Liability
We are liable for damage we cause by breaching these terms or the law, within the limits of the contract and of the law. We are not liable for content sent by the client or by its contacts; for the rules, decisions, charges, blocks or failures of Meta and other platforms; or for the use of the client’s access by people the client authorized or through careless handling of the login. The dashboard and the reports show what the recorded data says and are not a promise of results.
2.13 Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Important changes are communicated to clients before they take effect, by e-mail or in the system; continuing to use the system after the stated date means accepting the change.
2.14 Contact
Questions, notices and requests: [email protected].
3. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, are chosen to settle any matter about these terms, without prejudice to consumer rights provided by law. This English version is a translation of the Portuguese version; if they differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
